December 2023 Mission of the Month

We have volunteered to assist with the December 12th Morning Star Mission Christmas distribution to needy families in the Joliet area. We'll need 8-10 volunteers. There may be some heavy lifting or outside work in the elements. Those interested may contact Debbie or Alex as soon as possible, so they can register the group of those participating from Faith Connection.

On December 6th we will also be returning to the Baptist Campus Ministry facilities in Dekalb. They have the final occupancy permit and will need some help indoors with moving, decorating, organizing, etc.  We will plan to leave the church at 8:30 and arrive in Dekalb around 10:00.  We are not sure how long we might be needed so plan for a whole day if possible.
