March 2024 Mission of the Month

Amy DeYoung (who grew up in Wilton Center) and her husband Adbeel Alvarez are missionaries in Guatemala. They have been building a retreat center to house teams that come to their area for mission work or come to help or teach the people in the local villages.  They have an immediate need to install windows and outside doors in the kitchen and dining hall that will cost $7,000. Besides trying to complete the project they need to keep out volcanic ash that is currently heavy in the air. They have a team of 12 coming to use the retreat center March 21^st. We will be collecting for this mission from March through May. They need to pay $2,000 by March 19.
